Service Description
Tuesday 6:00pm | Come restore balance & inner peace with our yoga classes that are designed to strengthen your mental wellness and your body. This class is designed to be beneficial for the beginner and the advanced yogi. This class uses a series of postures to support the body in active relaxation and mindfulness guidance throughout the practice. This class will incorporate movement, listening and meditation. These techniques have been shown to help manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and increase focus. Holistic guide/ yoga instructor: Megan has over 17 years of yoga experience and wants to share the benefits of yoga, breath work and meditation with anyone wanting to feel healthier, physically, mentally or spiritually. She is a Master Level Holy Yoga Instructor and carries specialty certifications to teach Adaptive / Chair yoga and Children's Yoga. Megan’s additional credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training, a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and she is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
