Heart 2 Heart Leadership Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the self-empowerment of youth to reach their potential through leadership education, social-emotional learning skills, and mentoring relationships.
VISION
For youth to achieve optimal wellness by revealing their leadership potential and creating positive change within their community.
