A sample daily self-care plan for a busy mom may look like:

✨ Morning Calm:
Waking up 15 mins before the kids, to intentionally sit down quietly, drink a cup of coffee, set your intention for the day, and engage in a 5-minute guided mediation on a topic that suits you on an app.

✨ Midday Reset:
The next space to layer in self-care during the workday can be during lunch breaks, by intentionally leaving your desk and truly taking a break. During this break be planful about eating something for healthy for your body and disconnecting from work by listening to music, taking a walk or talking to a friend you enjoy catching up with.

✨ Evening Wind-Down:
Once the children are asleep, decompression can look like enjoying a favorite show or podcast. Decompression is important, however, the self-care component could be a nighttime routine that makes you feel cared for and renewed, followed by a quick journal writing exercise and setting your plans or goals for the following day to help you feel more in control.
