Mindfulness Meditation

Anxiety, stress, and depression are often manifested as (and worsened by) a constant swirl of negative thoughts. Perhaps you feel exhausted, distracted, restless, or panicked by your anxieties and stressors. Mindfulness meditation is the practice of becoming more aware, letting go of thoughts, and experiencing the present moment. Meditation is intended to help practitioners observe thoughts without interpretation or judgement, and relax the body and mind to reduce stress.
