Hello, I'm Martha.
Martha served as a public school educator for over 31 years before being drawn to the field of mindfulness in 2007. She is now a qualified mindfulness-based stress reduction teacher. She serves as an adjunct lecturer at the College of William & Mary, and over the past three years has also taught a variety of courses through the University of Virginia’s Contemplative Science Center.
Martha’s passion is supporting others through mind/body awareness, so that they may cultivate the skills and tools they need to live a more authentic life. Above all else, Martha believes in everyone’s innate capacity to tap into their inner compass to navigate with focus, clarity, and presence.
