Brett Hammond has over eight years of experience working as a therapist in a variety of environments, including residential, inpatient, and outpatient. He understands acutely how struggles with mental health can impact all areas of life. He also appreciates how complicated everything can begin to seem when you're stressed, anxious, or depressed. He seeks to help patients work through their mental health struggles so that they can enjoy life to the fullest.
Brett works with adults and teenagers. He utilizes principles from humanistic, existential, and contextual behavioral approaches to therapy. He specializes in men's issues, shame, self-criticism, trauma, and spirituality. In his free time, Brett enjoys watching movies and TV shows, trying out new restaurants, reading, and spending time with his wife.
